FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1. Where are you located and how do you work effectively with me?

My office is located in Bryant, AR, although One Stop Resume Shop is a virtual office. This allows me to work with clients throughout the country via email and occasionally via telephone. Since I will have a completed Questionnaire and possibly a copy of your resume, it is not necessary to meet with you in person. If I need additional information, a phone interview will be scheduled. Also, I check my email often, so please feel free to contact me with any questions.

 

2. The payment method states "Pay with PayPal" but I do not have a PayPal account. Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. After you click on "Finish Order," a pop-up window will appear. Read the instructions and scroll down to the bottom to the "Pay with PayPal" icon. When you click this icon, it will take you to PayPal, where you will have the option to pay with a credit card or PayPal.


3.  Will you keep my information confidential?

Absolutely! All information sent to One Stop Resume Shop will be kept completely confidential.

 

4.  What is your turnaround time?

Once I receive your payment and the completed Questionnaire and resume (if applicable), you will receive your first draft in 4-5 business days. After you've reviewed the draft, please email me outlining specific revisions or your permission to draft the final copy.

 

5.  Once I approve the final copy, what happens next?

I will email you your resume in two file formats - MS Word (.doc) and PDF (you will need Adobe Acrobat to access the file). These formats will allow you to copy and paste to company web sites or on-line applications.

 

6.  There are many resume professionals. Why should I choose you?

7.  What if I lose my resume?

Just email me and I will email you a copy (in both formats) at no charge. I will warehouse your resume in my data files indefinitely.

 

8.  Can I ask for revisions?

I am here to ensure that the resume delivered to you meets all your expectations and requirements. This is why I will continue to work with you for up to 30 days to make adjustments that you will be completely satisfied with. Just send me an email within that 30 day time frame.
